While contacting us via e-mail or a contact form submitted to our e-mail address, you convey your e-mail address as the sender’s address to us. You can also include other personal data in the text of the message. Providing data takes place on the voluntary basis, however it is necessary to establish contact.
In this case, your data is processed for the purposes of contacting with you, and the basis for processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact. The content of the communication may be archived and we are not able to unambiguously determine when it will be erased. You have the right to request a history of communication with us (if it has been archived). You can also request its erasure, except when our legitimate interest, e.g. an issue of potential claims on your part overrides a legitimate interest connected with its archiving.
